Please find a copy of the latest NARFE National Bylaws by following the links on the right.  These Bylaws reflect all the amendments that were approved in the recent NARFE 2019 Referendum. The best part is they are printed on 8 1/2 by 11 paper rather than the small Bylaws booklet. This edition of the Bylaws must be used when submitting amendments for the 2020 elections.  Remember, proposed amendments to Bylaws and Standing Rules must be submitted on Form F-3C.  A copy of the F-3C is also available on the NARFE website (narfe.org) ​under Online Forms and on the GA Federation website site (ganarfe.org).  ​Proposed amendments must be submitted to NARFE Secretary/Treasurer by January 1, 2020.  Bylaws submitted by GA Federation members/chapters, should be submitted to Nancy Wall, GA Federation Secretary, by December 1, 2019. ​ After reviewing the latest Bylaws, Please submit amendments to sections you fill need to be changed.  Instructions for completing the Form F-3C are on page two of the form.  Please ensure that you follow the instructions.
